What's Cookin' Wednesday?
* World's Best Homemade Muesli *
2/3 cup bran, 1/3 cup sunflower seeds, 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas),
¼ cup dried cranberries, ¼ cup dried currants/sultanas, 1/2 cup almonds, roughly chopped, 2 tbsp wheatgerm, milk/yoghurt & fruit to top (optional).
1. Place all ingredients in a tupperware container then shake shake shake!
2. Serve 1/2 cup of muesli with ice cold milk or natural yoghurt. Top with your favourite fruit (I love frozen blueberries, banana & strawberries!)
This recipe is super healthy - 100% full of nuts, seeds & berries.
Best of all ... no hidden sugars, but it still tastes sweet & crunchy!
