Kindness.

How are you going with slowing down? Stopping to smell the roses?
Hard isn't it? 

In life these days we rush, rush, rush, all day, everyday ... 
always so focused on ourselves, our lives, our families, our friends. 
Always me, me, me.

What would our world be like if we just. slowed. down
& by doing so, actually looked around to see the needs of someone else.

What would life be like, if instead of looking out for our interests, 
we looked to the interests of others.

My guess ... a little bit of heaven on earth.
