1. Eat foods rich in iron:
- red meat, chicken, fish, eggs, legumes, nuts, wholemeal 
bread/pasta, green leafy vegetables

2. Boost your B vitamins:
- wholegrain cereals, green leafy vegetables, meat, salmon, eggs, milk

3. Increase your magnesium intake (the anti-stress nutrient)
- natural, unprocessed foods

4. Choose complex carbohydrates:
- whole oats, quinoa, brown rice = blood sugar stays stable

5. Get enough sleep:
